L | Q: | What are your trading hours? | | A: | We are open from Monday to Friday from 7am till 4pm and most Saturday’s from 9am till 12am but ring ahead as we may be off working at Events |

L | Q: | Do you have a return policy? | | A: | Because of the harsh conditions craft are used in, we can not give a cast iron warranty against breaking , however we do have a fair play policy , if we believe an issue is the result of a manufacture or workmanship error we will rectify the problem. |

L | Q: | Do you do repairs and how much are they? | | A: | We repair our own gear both Skis and Boards. The minimum cost is $60, however we can quote the full price when you drop your craft in. |
